Abdullah S. Salamah

Abdullah is a legal consultant and a member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). Before joining the Firm in 2020, he was a legal consultant at the Law Firm of Majed Garoub in Jeddah, where he handled the international practice.

 

Abdullah specializes in general corporate and commercial matters. He has drafted, advised on, and negotiated commercial contracts in sectors such as technology, entertainment, media, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Abdullah’s expertise include the formation of companies, corporate structuring and restructuring, as well as working on multijurisdictional matters in cooperation with multinational firms.

 

Abdullah is fluent in Arabic and English. He obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Science in Law from King Abdulaziz University. He also holds graduate certification in international trade and commerce from the University of California at Los Angeles – UCLA Extension.
