Rayan W. Badr

Rayan is a licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice at the Firm. He has been working at the Firm since 2017. Prior to his work at the Firm, he worked at Hammad AlMehdar and Co in alliance with Simmons & Simmons as legal intern.

 

Rayan has represented clients in a variety of litigation cases including labor, lease, commercial defamation, real state and execution of judgments. He has successfully aided clients in the execution of judgments. He also handled drafting numerous in-house legal documents including legal memorandums, agreements, legal advisories, articles of association, and letters of engagement. He has incorporated multiple types of companies including LLCs, establishments and foreign companies.

 

Rayan is fluent in Arabic and English. He graduated with a Masters of American Laws from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors of Law from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
