Wisam H. AlSindi

Wisam is the founder of Wisam AlSindi Law Firm and he is a licensed lawyer by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice since 2000. He was a partner of Hammad, AlMehdar and Co. in association with Simmons & Simmons for more than 8 years. Before that, he was a legal assistant in the legal department of SADAFCO (a Saudi joint stock company).
Besides his managerial role in the Firm, Wisam handles wide range of legal services including drafting various commercial and corporate contracts, family business affairs and restructuring, company formation, legal structuring and restructuring, capital market related matters, direct foreign investment, and establishment of endowments. He also handles commercial, labor, real estate, and inheritance disputes before Saudi Arabian courts and arbitration panels.
Wisam is fluent in Arabic and English. He obtained a LLM from Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Law from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Wisam is licensed by the Ministry of Justice as a lawyer and is a certified (Arabic/English) translator.
