• The Firm has a vast experience in obtaining different types of foreign  investment licenses from the Ministry of Investment (“MISA”) as well as the registration of companies, branches and TSOs regulated by MISA (Some of the licenses obtained by the Firms are construction, trading, IT services, drilling of mining works, earth moving activity, technical assistance offices, service activity etc.).

  • Pre-Incorporation: ​

    • choose the right type of entity; 

    • select the applicable activity from the National Classification for the Economic Activities (ISIC); 

    • find the tax and auditing firms in Saudi Arabia; 

    • translate and legalize all the documents required for incorporation; 

    • comply with the applicable law and regulations of MISA as well as provide them with general legal consultation.

  • Post-Incorporation: 

    • finding the appropriate firm for the assisting in the governmental registrations post incorporation; 

    • assist in the opening of bank accounts. ​
