Nouf A. Bannan

Nouf is a licensed lawyer by the Ministry of Justice at the Firm. She has been working at the Firm since 2017. Nouf was also an individual contributor at Lexis Nexis Middle East and have won the Young Lawyer Author Award by Lexis Nexis Middle East for 2019/2020. She was a legal intern at Savola Group and Ibrahim Al-Zamzami Law Firm prior to joining the Firm in 2017.

Nouf became a junior partner at the Firm in 2024 and she handles a variety of litigation cases and procedures including commercial, labor law, zakat, and tax cases. She also provides legal consultation in many fields including value added tax, commercial, labor, tax, foreign investment, and corporate legal transactions. She also drafts various legal documents such as contracts, litigation documents, legal advice, legal opinions, and constitutional corporate documents.

Nouf is fluent in Arabic and English. She graduated from Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with First Honors.
