Omar Baothman

Omar is a registered trainee lawyer with the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been working at the firm since 2026. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Hariri & Bahrawi Law Firm and in the Legal Department of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company.​

 

Omar represents individuals and companies before the Saudi courts in a wide range of disputes, including commercial and labor cases, as well as enforcement proceedings. He also provides legal advice on the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including, but not limited to, the Companies Law, Labor Law, and Investment Law. In addition, he advises on legal matters and drafts legal memoranda and agreements.

 

Omar is fluent in both Arabic and English. He holds a Bachelor of Law  with Business from Queen Mary University of London.
