Mohammed Mukhtar

Mohammed is a senior legal counsel at the Firm. He is an expert (advisory and drafting) in the areas of labor law and labor disputes, foreign investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, corporate entity establishments and commercial laws; as well as any related litigation and arbitration.

 

Mohammed is licensed lawyer by the Lawyers' Bar Association in Sudan. He was a senior legal manager at a prominent law firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for approximately 8 years, prior to joining Wisam AlSindi Law Firm in 2024. Before that he was a legal consultant in several law firms in Saudi Arabia and Sudan.

 

Mohammed is fluent in Arabic and speaks English and has graduated from Quran and Islamic Science University, faculty of Shariah and Law.
