Founding Partner
Wisam AlSindi is the founder of Wisam AlSindi Law Firm, a leading legal practice in Saudi Arabia. He has been a licensed lawyer with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice since 2000. Prior to establishing his own firm, Wisam spent over eight years as a partner at Hammad, AlMehdar & Co., in association with Simmons & Simmons, where he gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Earlier in his career, he served as a legal assistant at SADAFCO, a prominent Saudi joint-stock company, which further shaped his deep understanding of both corporate law and the operational aspects of large-scale businesses.

In addition to his role as the managing partner of the Firm, Wisam is directly involved in providing a wide array of legal services to clients across multiple industries. His areas of expertise include drafting and negotiating various commercial and corporate contracts, advising on family business matters and restructuring, guiding clients through company formation processes, and assisting with legal structuring and restructuring. He is also well-versed in capital market-related matters, foreign direct investment, and the establishment of charitable endowments (awqaf). Wisam’s practice extends to handling complex commercial disputes, labor issues, real estate transactions, and inheritance cases before Saudi Arabian courts and arbitration panels, often representing both local and international clients.

Wisam’s professional expertise is complemented by his strong academic background. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Case Western Reserve University in the United States, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This combination of practical experience and academic credentials allows him to offer clients strategic, high-level legal advice in a broad range of legal matters.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Wisam also serves as a certified translator, specializing in Arabic/English legal translation. His ability to bridge legal and cultural gaps has been a key asset in his work with international clients seeking to navigate the complexities of the Saudi legal system.
